No; not even acting as the visual observer or if the drones are programmed autonomously

Every other aircraft gets right of way; you must move your drone
Are you allowed to fly your drone directly over anyone?
No; only over people working on your drone

100 mph; 87 knots
How high are you allowed to fly your drone? What about when you are near a building?
400 feet AGL — but with a building you can go 400 feet above the building and then keep a 400 foot raidus around the building
What visibility is required when flying your drone?
3 SM
What flying restrictions are there when flying near clouds?
Cannot fly closer than 2000 feet to the side a cloud and 500 feet below a cloud
