A child is having bone loss around molars and Central incisor with PUS and CALCULUS n can’t be treated by medications… Dx??

Catch point here is PUS n CALCULUS being present!! Even though the molars n Central incisors indicate LJP, in LJP v don’t see inflammation n CALCULUS n PUS that much… So it’s not LJP…
N the fact that it CAN’T be treated by medications—-= it’s REFRACTORY PERIODONTITIS…

Metronidazole + Amox OR Metro + Augumentin…
These have ADDITIVE effect regarding suppression of Actinomycetemcommitans…
