- Preceded by prodormal symptoms… Like.. fever.. lymphadenopathy.. soreness of mouth….
- First VESICLES r seen… Which rupture.. to form ulcers…. (Directly ulcers in Apthous)

Lesions subside in??

7 to 10 days… So only palliative Rx… Like anaesthetic mouth wash n all..
But acco to 11th ed… Rx - early Dx n immediate antiviral…
