Does your business take an active role in advising any of your customers on how to reduce their environmental impact (I guess as a consultancy or similar) or is the whole process run by the software, end to end?
Most of the recommendations are generated completely automatically by the software, allowing our customers to implement suggestions and record changes in real-time. However, we do have advisory partners who are providing traditional consultancy services when needed.
