How do you know what materials we are selling?
In international trade and in global shipping there is a global standard list of codes (called HS Code or Harmonised System Code) for every raw material that is being shipped. The HS codes are necessary for the cargo manifest, customs clearing, taxes, duties, and restrictions. Detailed information is required to avoid shipments being sent back to their origin.
As we grow we might get new offices, vehicles etc. What do we need to do to notify you about any changes?

How long does it take to automate?
A few weeks, we say 3months to be safe. You use manual entry until it works.
If the system is automated how we know that the information that is being uploaded is correct?
Our AI takes a few weeks to learn about your business, after that learning period it makes fewer mistakes than a human would.
How do we know the carbon footprint of each customer if they use AWS.
We have emission datasets to convert usage data from all major cloud providers (AWS/Google/Azure). The emission data is very specific and granular and differs by the data center location. Clients would be able to specify the number of compute hours/database sizes/number of lambda functions/etc
How do we integrate with ERP and Accounting software?
ERP software can be integrated directly via API or through a provider like Integromat. Accounting systems are integrated directly through oAuth, and we can support all major platforms, eg Intuit, Xero, etc
