Aponeurotic sheath covering the rectus abdominis. Has 2 walls

Firmly adherent to tendinousintersection

What is arcuate line or linea semicircular is or pouch of Douglas
Horizontal line midway between umblicus and pubic symphysis. The posterior lamina ends in this free curved margin called arcuate line

Decussating fibres of 3 muscles each forming a bilaminar aponeurosis
Anterior wall-2 leaves of EOM and Ant leaf of IOM
Posterior wall- post leaf of IOM and transversus 2 leaves
