Definition
A
A person reasonably suspects something at a relevant time if
he or she personally has grounds at the time for suspecting the thing and those grounds.
When judged objectively, are reasonable.

Grounds for determining what is reasonable
T.P.C
A
Time – Length of time between the offence and cause for suspicion.
Place – where is the person in relation to the place of the offence.
Circumstance – motive, means and opportunity.
