Manage risk better - hypothetico-deductive reasoning, safety netting
Become improvers + innovaters - audits, quality monitoring work, using data to support discussion + learning in clinical teams, reflection - identifying good, bad, improvements to make in situations
Reflecting on an issue e.g. w/ data, pausing, considering +ve change
Shared decision making - what makes a good appt.
good doctor = knowledge/qualifications, good listener, friendly/approachable
good consultation = feel listened to/unrushed, clear communication, resolution/diagnosis/outcome
