Signs:

Keratoderma blennorrhagica. What is it? Where does it happen?
Painless penile ulcers due to STIs
Brown plaques on soles and palms
Investigations:

What is seen on XR?
ESR/CRP
HLA B27
Swabs
Stool cultures
Serology
Enthesitis
Sacroiliitis
Management:
Manage as always with stepwise pain control.
Treat cause!
How long does it take for most to resolve?
By 6 months
