Weigh solid oxalic acid dihydrate
Rinse volumetric flask with DIx3
Add water to beaker and stir until dissolved
Pour solution into flask, rinse beaker with DI x3
Add water to flask until calibration, add last bit with dropper
Mix by completely flipping
Titrate oxalic acid with NaOH
