“Family or household members” means:
spouses/former spouses
persons who have a child in common
adult persons related by blood or marriage
adult persons who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past
persons sixteen + years of age who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past and who have or have had a dating relationship
persons sixteen + years of age with whom a person sixteen years of age or older has or has had a dating relationship
persons who have a biological or legal parent-child relationship, including stepparents and stepchildren and grandparents and grandchildren.

10.31.100 mandatory arrest
(1) Criminal No Contact Order, Yes.
(2) Civil Protection Order, Yes, on issues of contact with victim and physical exclusions.
(3) Civil Restraining Order, Yes, on issues of contact with victim and physical exclusions.
(4) DV assault, suspect is 18, occurred within 4 hours, and felony, bodily injury occurred, or physical action occurred intended to inflict fear of serious bodily injury or death.
Can book if 16, 17 upon suspects parent/guardian requests

Rape

Molestation
To have, or to cause a person under 18 to have sexual contact (touching of sexual or intimate parts for the purpose of gratifying sexual desire of either party or third party) with a child ( varying degrees based on age of victim)
