- liver on right side = takes up space
= forces right kidney to be located slightly lower than the left

- held in place inside renal capsules and renal fascia = layers of connective tissue and fat padding

- pre-ejaculate = clear, viscous, salty liquid -> neutralizes any residual activity in the urethra = less harmful environment for sperm to travel in
