What is eisenmenger’s syndrome?
Hugh pressure pulmonary blood flow, damages to delicate pulmonary vasculature, resistance to blood flow through the lungs increases, RV pressure increases, blood flows throw septal defect from right to left, patient becomes cyanotic
What are the features of an autoinflammatory disease?
Innate immune problem. Defect occurs prior to antigen presentation. No antigen specific T cells, no autoantibodies

Familial Mediterranean fever. TNF receptor associated periodic syndrome. Adult onset Still’s disease
