What are the 4 Ps of lichen planus?
Purple, pruitic, papular , polygonal rash on flexor surfaces
NB in lichen planus there is mucous membranes involvement
What is acne vulgaris?
Common skin disorder occurring in adolescence
Typically affects face neck and upper trunk
Characterised by the obstruction of the pilosebaceous follicle with keratin plugs which results in comedones, inflammation and pustules
