main 3–R hear failure, tri regurg, constrictive pericarditis

What are the signs of R heart failure? Tricuspid? and constrictive pericarditis
A
Can be secondary to L heart fail (congestive)_CCF-extect SOB, etc
Pulm HTN-caused by PE, COPD, etc -expect
Tricuspid-valve leaflet, pansystolic murmur worse on inhale, hepatomegaly
Tip: where loudest/radiate, associated
pericarditis-
infections (jane ways, oslers nodes, etc)
Immune-sarcoidis
