- Skin - RP, ulcers
- Eyes - sicca, scleritis, episcleritis, cataracts (steroids)
- Sore throat, neck pain
- Lungs - ILD, pleural effusion
- Heart - pericarditis, VHD
- Renal - drug-use
- Nerves - peripheral neuropathy, mononeuritis multiplex, cord compression, entrapment neuropathy - CTS
- Blood - anaemia (dt chronic disease), IDA, folate deficiency, felty’s (splenomegaly, leukopenia)
- Systemic - fever, LOW, fatigue

- Aspirin - pain/nausea, gastric erosions, PUD
- NSAIDs - PUD, CVD, AKI
- MTx - hepatic, pulmonary, leukopenia, nil ETOH)
- LF - GIT, hepatic, alopecia
- Cyclosporin - renal, BP
- HCQ - Retinopathy
- Sulfasalazine - rash, nausea, haem, LFTs
- TNF-I - reactivate TB, ANA, lymphoma, demyelination
- Steroids
