    - congenital
    - vertical talus, tarsak coalition, fib spasm, skew foot
  2. flexible
    - lowered arch WB only
    - acquired
    - A NORMAL FINDING IN DEVELOPING CHILDREN across first 12 years of life (it is expected babe)
    - symptomatic and non-symptomatic

A

OVERALL: lack of treatment research for flexible flat feet

  1. activity modifications (changing postures/positions/ stretch)
  2. NSAID’s
  3. wedges
  4. prefab foot orthotics*** - evidence not strong but there. not evidence for custom. need to consider the
