3 - Speak to CT atty for release. CT decides whether to waive or retain privilege.
4 - Get signed release
4a - If retain privilege, get signed statement retaining privilege and file in CT file Maintain privilege.
4b - If waive privilege, get signed release waiving privilege and add to CT file. Comply with subpoena and provide testimony. [end]
