- humalin 70/30 = 30% regular and 70% NPH
- you can mix insulin in the same syringe: clear before cloudy (regular before NPH): inject air into NPH, inject air into the regular, draw up regular, draw up NPH

- dont use slang and dont use the dumb word they used
- acknowledge feeling (dont pick soemthing that says “don’t worry)
