Skin
Telangiectasia = 50Gy to 100cm2 (10x10 field)
Gangrene, necrosis, ulceration = 55Gy to 100cm2 (10x10 field)
Femoral Heads and Necks
Osteoradionecrosis = V50<50%
Small Bowel
RTOG grade 3 (Obstruction, bleeding) = Volume receiving 45Gy should be less than 195cc for a less than 10% chance
Bladder
RTOG grade 3 (frequency, dysuria, telangiectasia, hematuria, reduction in capacity) = Max dose of 65Gy to whole organ creates less than 6% chance
Rectum
RTOG grade 2/3 (Diarrhea, colic, frequency, bleeding, rectal mucus) (bleeding, obstruction) = V50<50%, V60<35%, V65<25% for a less than 10% chance
Penile Bulb
Severe erectile dysfunction = V50<90% for a less than 35% chance
Stomach
Ulceration, mucosal erosion, perforation = 45Gy to whole organ for a less than 7% chance
Kidneys
Clinical dysfunction = V28<20% for a less than 5% chance
Esophagus
RTOG grade 3 (esophagitis = Severe Fibrosis) = Mean dose of 34Gy creates a 5-20% chance
Heart
Cardiac mortality = V25<10% for a less than 1% chance
Brachial Plexus
Brachial plexopathy = V60<5%
Lung
Symptomatic pneumonitis = V20<30% for a 20% chance
Spinal Chord
Myelitis, necrosis leading to paralysis = max dose of 50Gy to partial organ creates less than 0.2% chance
