A

Commitment and leadership
* Managers shall provide strong, visible commitment, leadership, accountability, and personal involvement in all activities.
* Management shall make available the resources necessary to archive company objectives.
* Management shall ensure that they themselves and all employees are accountable for their action and responsibilities.
* Setting examples, audits, site visits. Encourage the involvement of all employees and empower employees.
Accountability
* Managers are accountable to provide the resources necessary to maintain defined and expected performance levels though the organization.

Describe Policies and Objectives

A
  • The policies and objectives shall be issued at the highest level of the organization, deployed and maintained at all organizational level.
  • Managers are responsible for ensuring compliance with SLB QHSE policies and making sure that they are known and understood by all employees.
  • Managers shall identify QHSE objectives and set performance taking into account input and feedback from their whole teams.

Describe Organization and Resources

A
  • Organizational responsibilities shall be defined and the necessary resources provided to achieve QHSE objectives.
  • Managers are responsible for QHSE, all employees are individually responsible and accountable for all QHSE issues related to themselves or others with whom they associate.
  • Managers shall ensure that all employees have job description which would match actual responsibilities and these descriptions are clearly communicated.
  • Orientation and training, on-the job and formal training shall be provided to fulfill the competence requirement for all job functions.
  • Standards shall be defined and maintained for all essential business activities.
  • Guidelines shall provide additional technical or procedural information for those who implements the program of processes required to ensure compliance with standards.

Describe Contractor and supplier management

A
  • Contractors and supplier shall be evaluated, qualified and selected based on their ability to deliver a quality product or service in an ethical, professional, safe, healthy and environmentally manner.
  • Shall be managed to ensure that their QHSE performance conforms to contractual requirements.
  • Performance for monitoring shall be implemented.

Describe Risk management

A
  • SLB shall continually evaluate the QHSE risks to our business, workforce, customers and the environmental.
  • Comprehensive HARC (Hazard analysis and risk control) provides the necessary information to prevent these risks and mitigate the impact of our operations on HSE.
  • Prevention and mitigation measure shall include implementation and verification of appropriate prevention and mitigation measures.
  • MOC: Shall be in place for all significant change in contractual terms and conditions, work-scope, historical norms, procedures, work instructions. Polices and standards.

  • Business processes for all essential activities shall be put in place and properly managed.
  • The design, procurement, implementation and/or use of assets, products and systems used in SLB operations shall comply with company QHSE policies and standards.
