  2. LANC WEAKNESSES - Henry was a poor figurehead and Margaret unpopular. Marg retreated from Northumberland. Lancs defected to Warwick eg. Ralph Percy in 1461. CA: still had supporters eg. Percies.
  3. NEVILLES - Warwick conducted seiges of multiple castles and did a daily round of each. Warwick and Montagu won Hexham (may 1464) and Hedgely moor (april) CA: only in north
