1.COERSION - Edward of lancaster killeds at Tewekesbury (May 1471). Comissions appointed to deal with rebels. CA: Jasper Tudor killed Roger Vaugn.
2.GOVERNANCE - Rewards to those who aided him eg. Thomas Milling who sheltered queen Elizabeth. Pardons + reversed attainders.
3.FOREIGN POLICY - Truce with Louis XI and marriage alliances with Scotland.

1.FINANCIAL - Treaty of Piquingny (Aug 1475) gave him an annual french pension of £10000. Marriage alliances fell through so no real peace only financially beneficial
2.POLITICAL - Treaty of Picuigny also achieved 7 years of peace with France. Treaty of London in 1474 agreed that if either England or Burgandy was attacked by France they would support each other. CA: treaty of Arras (Dec 1482) undermined this
