A

A

Can use chat to talk with other members or monitor. A chat room is created for all group but is not a group.

Who can create a group?

A

All users in the organization can create a group from the home page and add user in it. The user who create the group is the default owner.

What are the fields for creating a group?

A

1) Name of the group
2) Type of Group such as Work or Social (Non-Work)
3) Visibility: Public, Owner Only (Owner and Member can find), Member Only (Member can find)

A

1) Membership - Add members and who owns the group and modify user association (roles/divison)
2) Roles Tab - Assign one or more roles to the group which will assign roles to all user in the group

Workspaces

A

Store files and can share files up to 50mb. A max of 2 GB can be uploaded.

A

1) My Workspace

2) Group Workspace

What is My Workspace

A

Visible only to the user where they can upload their documents and tag the files. They can also share the URL to other users. Files shared by other user can also be seen in the workspace.

What is Group Workspace

A

Allows members of that group to share files with each other. Only the members can see this workspace. Only Admin can create a group workspace.

A

1) Name and description field under the detail tab.
2) Tag that describe the files content or purpose
3) Membership - Add people or group and provide them with level access

What are the three level of access?

A

Full, Read Only, Contributor

Divisions

A

Separate the various business units within the organization. User can only be assigned to one division and move to another. Roles can be assigned multiple division.
