Three types of Genesys Cloud CX roles
Auto-Assigned Default Roles. Standard Default Roles, Custom Roles
Standard Default Roles
Roles whose default permissions have not been modified.
Auto-Assigned Default Roles
Roles that are assigned to a user automatically when the user is added to the Genesys Cloud directory.
Custom Roles
Roles whose default permissions have been modified.
What are the Two Auto Assigned Roles?
Employee and Admin Roles

Roles are given permission and when given to a user they will also be assigned a license
User Profile
From the Person Details tab, you can edit the profile picture, relationship of the person in the organization hierarchy, contact information, location, and education details.

Dependent on the Cloud CX license the user is given

1) Open standard of API that manages user identities.
2) This api is used to sync user entities from on-premise/cloud management system to the cloud,
3) Support two functions: Roles and Group
What are the three identity management systems that the Cloud Supports?
Azure Directory, Okta, and OneLogin
What syncing does the Cloud support with identity management systems?
The cloud only support unilateral syncing so changes in the CX will not sync over to the identity management system and can be over written.
