Stage 0: Normal chest radiograph
Stage 1: bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy ( BHL )
Stage 2: BHL with pulmonary infiltrates
Stage 3: parenchymal infiltrates without hilar lymphadenopathy
Stage 4: pulmonary fibrosis ( volume loss ) +/- cavitations, calcifications, bullae
