A
  1. Pulmonary arterial hypertension - Collagen vascular diseases, idiopathic, familial
  2. Pulmonary venous hypertension - Mitral stenosis/regurg. Aortic stenosis/regurg
  3. Hypoxemia disorders - COPD, interstitial lung disease - increase resistance in the lung
  4. Emboli - PE - Increases resistance in the lung
