An increase in pressure from the RV to lung

A
Anywhere between RH and LH eg aortic stenosis

A
- Pulmonary arterial hypertension - Collagen vascular diseases, idiopathic, familial
- Pulmonary venous hypertension - Mitral stenosis/regurg. Aortic stenosis/regurg
- Hypoxemia disorders - COPD, interstitial lung disease - increase resistance in the lung
- Emboli - PE - Increases resistance in the lung

Generic - SOB, palpatations, fatigue, dysopnea, syncope
