Butter (Beurrage): Combine margarine with flour until theres no more flour. Then make a square out of it.
Dough (Détrempe): Sift flour then add sugar salt and butter. Then start mixing the lemon juice with water mixture until is smooth. Roll the dough into a cross shape and add the butter mix, then fold. Let it rest.

Quick puff pastry
A
Combine flour, sugar and salt with margarine in the food processor. Then add the rest of the margarine in small cubes into the mixture and distribute evenly. The incorporate part of the water with lemon until it holds its shape. Then make a rectangle and let it rest. Bake at 190C until baked.
