A

Stop modifiable RF:

  • stop smoking, alcohol, reduce weight, increase exercise
  • treat diabetes, HTN
  • review medications (mirtazapine vs SSRI)

Psychological approaches (sensate focus therapy, CBT)

  • Phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitor e.g. viagra (sildenafil)
  • Intracavernosal prostaglandins self injections
