Covid-19 Pandemic:
Recognize: The world accepts the fact that the virus, became a pandemic.
Recover: After accepting that there is a crisis, the world started to come up with mechanisms to deal with the pandemic, an example of this is the adaptation to virtual classes and the development of a vaccine.
Repair: After people were getting vaccinated, the world started to go back to “normal”, people started going out more.
What is the resilience process
Recognized (recognized and accept the reality, this means to accept the fact that there is a crisis)

Discernment is the ability to make good judgements about things.
Wounds and scars:
An emotional wound is something that still hurts (the wound is open). And a scar is the trace of the wound, is the mark that’s left.

A complex refers to deeply rooted patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in the psyche, often stemming from early childhood experiences or conflicts
Complex Characteristics
Complexes are typically unconscious
may manifest in various ways in an individual’s personality, relationships, and behavior.
They often involve conflicting feelings or desires related to important figures or concepts in the individual’s life.
Syndrome definition
A syndrome is a collection of symptoms or characteristics that tend to occur together and are often associated with a particular condition, disease, or psychological phenomenon.
Syndrome Characteristics
Syndromes are observable patterns of signs or behaviors that indicate the presence of a specific underlying cause or condition.
They may have consistent features across different individuals who experience the syndrome.
