what is serotonin syndrome?

A
Typically caused by use of 2 or more antipsychotic medications and in about 15% SSRI overdoses 
Symptoms include:
-seizures
-hyperthermia
-dilated pupils
-agitation
-increased reflexes
-brisk reflexes
-tremor
-sweating diarrhoea

what is discontinuation syndrome?

A

when you abruptly stop an SSRI, sleep disturbances, anxiety, movement disturbances including tremor and tardive dyskinesia
