Joint pain and stiffness, dactylitis, history of psoriasis

CRP often raised, central joint erosions on USS or MRI , pencil in cup appearance on x-ray

NSAIDs, DMARDs, anti-TNF, IL-17 inhibitors, IL-12/13 inhibitors
