signs and symptoms

asymmetrical oligoarthritis
may affect hands - similar pattern to RA
spondylitis
dactylitis
enthesitis
nail changes - pitting, onchylosis
some have predilection for arthritis of DIP
5% have arthritis mutilans = aggressive and destructive form

how is it managed?
A
DMARDs - methotrexate
if doesnt respond - anti-TNF
large joints affected - joint replacement considered
DIP joint fusion
