Has signs and symptoms also seen in other CTDs Raynauds Arthralgia/arthritis myositis sclerodactyly pulmonary hypertension ILD associated with anti-RNP antibodies

how is it managed?
A
risk of pulmonary hypertension - regular echocardiograms (annually)
screening for ILD with pulmonary function test
depends on presentation
Raynauds - CCBs
significant muscle/lung disease - immunosuppression
