Supreme Court of Canada

A

The highest court for all legal issues in Canada since 1949.
It decides on constitutional issues and acts as the final court of appeal for some criminal cases.
There are nine members, and the Governor General and prime minister appoints them, three of the nine members must be from Quebec.
