Why is DNA in the nucleolus

A

DNA, which contains our genetic code located in the nucleolus is unable to leave the nucleus due to its capacity so it requires MRNA to transfer the information.

What is MRNA?

A

MRNA is the important messenger in the chain as it carries the corresponding DNA strands which are read in codons to the ribosomes.

What happens in the ribosome?

A

Once MRNA as reached the ribosome it is collected by the TRNA which copies the corresponding codons once again to be converted into amino acids which construct proteins.
