Wall Insulation - where wall insulation would be detrimental to properties fabric or structure

Consent - Where third party consent i.e. planning is required and refused.

Devaluation - RICS valuation stating OMV reduces by over 5%

New Landlord - 6 months if LL becomes LL suddenly

I would advise the tenant and try to find someone to carry out the required works, or look to move the tenant out.
