A

Push is where information is sent to stakeholders. You control who receives it but there is no urgency and it is good for fulfilling a large group of communication quickly.

Pull communication is when you put information in a location for stakeholders to view if they wish. You do not necessarily expect a response from this kind of communication but you do not know who has received it and if it has been understood.

Interactive communication is multi directional and you get instant feedback so any issues can be addressed quickly. Good for sensitive information.
