Unlawful intent of gaining property that doesn’t involve threat of violence.
Is arson a property crime?
no, it is a violent crime because it can endanger people’s lives.
What is Breaking-entering?
Invasion of personal territory ( workspace, car, home) that often leads to theft or destruction.
If someone enters a house but meets someone in the house, is it a property crime?
No, because he will probably use violence. It has to be done in silence and discretion.

Describe theft?
Dishonestly taking someone else’s property without their consent, with the intention of taking it, whether they plan on giving it back or not.
What is the difference between theft and robbery?
Theft doesn’t use violence.
What is motor-vehicul theft, and what are the exeptions and why?
The taking a vehicul without the consent of the owner. Planes, boats, trains and speed craft are not in the same category. Because more dangerous and can cause more damage.

What is the violent version of motor-vehicul theft?
Carjacking. Use of force to take someone’s car.
What is counterfeiting and what are the aggravating circumstances?
Illegal reproduction of a thing and makingpeople believe it is real. Worst if it is an important document ( driver’s liscence, birth certificate, passport) because conscequences can be worst.
Most common things to be counterfeit?
Money, debit/credit card, ID documents
