17
Q

Deliverables

A

The products or parts of the product that are given to the customer for acceptance

18
Q

Work performance data

A

The raw information about the work that was performed

19
Q

Issue Log

A

List of all the issues on a project and who rises the issue and when they did

20
Q

Manage Project Knowledge Process

A

Process that ensures the knowledge that is gained before, during and after the project is used for the organization’s benefit

21
Q

Explicit Knowledge

A

Tangible form of knowledge; documents, procedures, manuals, textbooks

22
Q

Tacit Knowledge

A

Difficult to transfer between people by just speaking to them; gained by doing work and is sometimes referred to as “know-how”

23

Work performance information

27
Q

Perform Integrated Change Control

A

The process of reviewing all change requests and approving or rejecting them

Q

Never take actions without an assessment and never reject a change without an assessment

Q

Final report

A

Gives the overall performance of the project that will then be filed with the organization; provides summary of what took place on the project and how successful the project was; should include:
