The objective of early intervention is to identify when an employees profesional and personal life is impacting on how they are performing their duties.

This act provides protection and confidentiality to employees who disclose information about serious wrongdoing within the organisation
What is serious wrongdoing?
Employee must BELIEVE on RESONABLE GROUNDS that information is true or likely to be true
Unlawful, corrupt or irregular use of public funds and resources
Acts or omissions that constitute a serious risk to:
public health and safety or the environment
The maintanence of law and the detection of offences and the rights to a fair trial
When does an identified lesson become a learnt lesson
When a cause for an issue is identified then an action plan can be implemented to sustain success or correct a problem
