An employee’s quitting his or her job
Motivation Potential Score (MPS)
From job characteristics theory, the overall complexity or scope of a job.
Piece-rate system
A system that pays employees for each unit of production
Mental Model
A person’s conception or cognitive representation of something, such as how a computer works.
Organizational constraint
Conditions in an organization that prevent employees from performing well
Organization citizenship behavior (OCB)
Behavior that is not required of employees but that benefits the organization, also called contextual performance

Counter-productive work behavior (CWB)
Employee behavior that hurts the organization or employees of the organization

Work involving two or more people that is done through the use of computers and other similar technologies, often from remote locations
