1. High added value because special qualities are being placed relating what customer wanted. Has innovative features therefore can charge higher price and customer is satisfied
2. More motivated workforce, because since it is hand made they can put pride and make best possible product hence increase in motivation

Disadvantages of job production

1. Take time to develop as it is being hand made therefore employee can get fed up of having to do the same product and not changing
2. Labour intervir is very expensive and requires skilled labour which is not always easy to find. Plus special equipment
3. Economies of Scale is not so easy to be achieved
