What is the difference between primary and secondary Enuresis and what are some causes?
Primary enuresis is when child was never dry, secondary is when child has been successfully toilet trained for 6 or more months and then loses the ability. Diurnal Enuresis often has a physical cause. Nocturnal secondary- evidence for genetic link, psychological changes or delay in maturation of mechanism for bladder control.
What is reactive attachment disorder and what is it caused by?
In first 5 years, persistent abnormalities in pattern of social relationships associated with emotional disturbance. Reactive changes to environment. ause by poor attachment as result of parentinf style, changing of primary caregiver, neglects, mental illness of carer etc.
