Operations are described as tasks carried out on the incident ground to achieve desired objectives, using prescribed techniques and procedures in accordance with tactical plan.
What does a PRO not include?
Review of command.

What is the timeline for a PRO?
Can be undertaken at any time following the incident.
When musta PRO take place?
All make ups.
Persons reported or trapped.
Can a PRO take place at the incident ground?
Yes if the attendance was not more than four pumps.
When else can a PRO take place?
Following a training event or incident of note if the incident commander believes it’s beneficial to crews.
Why must the occurrence of a PRO be recorded?
IMPD by attending SC
When should the outcome of a PRO be recorded?
Within 28 days of it happening.
For four pumps and above where should the PRO take place?
A venue away from the incident.
Who runs the PRO?
For pumps and below station commander can laminate the incident commander in charge.
For pumps and above independent officer who did not attend.
