Define specificity.
A
The training must be matched to the needs of the sporting activity and individuals.

What is overload?
A
The body must work harder than normal so there is more stress. Adaption and progress with follow. It can be achieved by frequency, intensity, duration and type of activity.

A
Gradually increasing the progress/level of training.

What is reversibility?
A
Any adaption that takes place as a result of training will be lost if you stop training.
