The ability to continuously exercise without tiring.
What is speed?
The ability to move the body or body parts quickly.
What is strength?
The maximum force a muscle group can apply against a resistance.
Define agility.
The ability to change direction at speed.
What is reaction time?
The time taken to respond to a stimulus.
Describe muscular endurance.
The ability of a muscle or muscle group to repeatedly contract or keep going without tiring.
Describe power.
Strength x speed
What is flexibility?
The range of movement of a joint.
Describe what balance is.
The ability to maintain equilibrium, stationary or moving.
What is co-ordination?
The ability to use two or more body parts together.
