7oz of Mustard and rye whiskey glazed salmon served atop spring carrots and spinach.
Parmesan Sole
7oz of Parmesan crusted some sautéed until golden brown. Served with an heirloom tomato salad and finished with garlic butter sauce.
Jumbo Gulf Shrimp
4 oregano style jumbo gulf shrimp grilled and topped with 4oz of fresh lump crab stuffing and seasoned bread crumbs. Finished with a lemon butter sauce.
Cold Water Lobster Tails
2 cold water African lobster tails broiled, served with drawn butter and lemon.
Ahi Tuna
7oz of Ahi Tuna seared rare served with a Japanese spice mix, pickled ginger, wasabi and soy sauce.
