A

Crown formation begins ~6 months in utero

Crowns complete about 6 months of age (~10-12 mos after formation begins)

Roots complete 1 1⁄2 - 3 years after emergence
(root formation takes place during eruption and emergence)

Exfoliation & replacement with succedaneous teeth: ~6-12 years of age
