- Check market part status (INQSTOK2)
- Check if ship-to is on hold (INQTEL1/INQBUS)
- Check the price (INQPRICE)
- Define the problem based on the bottom of INQPRICE
- Email CPP if necessary with the correct subject and body

DO NOT say to the caller about credit problem
