  1. Check market part status (INQSTOK2)
  2. Check if ship-to is on hold (INQTEL1/INQBUS)
  3. Check the price (INQPRICE)
  4. Define the problem based on the bottom of INQPRICE
  5. Email CPP if necessary with the correct subject and body

Credit issues process

A

DO NOT say to the caller about credit problem

SP / SH for order status –> credit issues

  1. While scheduling
    • Monitor the order
    • Contact credit manager to have them notify corporate
    • Instruct ship-to to contact corporate
  2. While on call with dealer
    • Notify a call back
    • Contact credit manager to have them notify corporate
    • Instruct ship-to to contact corporate
