Co-ordination
The ability to use diff parts of the body togethar smoothl and efficiently
Balance
The ability to remain in a state of equilibrium while performing a desired task
Power
The ability of a muscle / group to exert max amount of force in the shortest period of time
Reaction time
Time between a stimulus and the first response
Speed
The ability of a person to perform movement or travel a distance in a short period of time
Cardiorespiratory Endurance
The ability of the body to perform prolonged dynamic exercise involving large muscle groups at moderate to high levels of intensity
Muscular Endurance
The ability of your muscles to remain contracted / Contract repeatedly
Flexibility
The ability of each body joint to work its full range of motion
Muscular Strength
The amount of force a muscle can exert in one effort
